Llyod Koehler has transformed a 1961 Chevrolet Impala, the same car featured in Tupac's music video "To Live and Die in LA," into a stunning lowrider. The car retains its original yellow paint and interior but now features a hydraulics system that can control the front, back, and corners of the car.
The upgrades have elevated the iconic music video star to another level. Lowriders were originally created as a way to rebel against authority by heavily lowering cars, but with the addition of hydraulics, they could rise back up to their normal level. Today, lowrider clubs are full of great people with a strong sense of community.
