Rocky Carroll, best known for his role as Director Leon Vance on NCIS, has been a part of the show for 15 years. Besides NCIS, Carroll has appeared in various other projects, including Roc, Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego, and Gargoyles. He has had film roles in Crimson Tide, Best Laid Plans, and Early Edition. Carroll has also made appearances in other TV shows such as ER, The West Wing, and Grey's Anatomy. In addition to acting, Carroll has directed over 20 episodes of NCIS.
