Millwall missed out on a play-off spot in a dramatic 3-4 defeat at home to Blackburn Rovers. Millwall led 3-1 at half-time thanks to two goals from Duncan Watmore and one from Oliver Burke, but Blackburn mounted an incredible comeback led by Ben Brereton-Diaz, who scored two and set up another.
The result meant that neither team made the Championship playoffs, with Millwall finishing in eighth place and Blackburn in ninth. The game was played amid a raucous atmosphere at The Den, with Blackburn fighting back from behind to secure an impressive win.
