A UK betting app is seeking nominations for the unsung heroes behind the success of football. Three individuals, namely Jack Northover, Rochdale’s kitman; Chipie and Raj, the chairman and volunteer team behind Kent-based Punjab United; and Sara Catorina, a former player turned coach, were shortlisted for their contributions to the sport. ack Northover, who turned down an opportunity with Manchester United, has dedicated over 20 years to Rochdale and is loved by fans. Chipie and Raj led Punjab United from Sunday league to non-league Step 5. Sara Catorina, after experiencing injury and losing her love for football, has started her own coaching career and a strength and conditioning business.
