Dennis Rodman became a legend on two NBA teams, the Detroit Pistons and the Chicago Bulls. In 1995, he was traded to the Bulls, where he promised to capture another championship title. However, before everything became official, Phil Jackson asked Rodman to apologize to Scottie Pippen for past altercations. At the meeting at Jerry Krause's house, Rodman apologized to Pippen and signed the contract. The Bulls recorded the best regular season in NBA history, winning 72 games and only losing 10 that same season, followed by a championship win. Though Rodman had controversies off-court, he was serious about winning basketball games.
