25/05/2023

Freddy Leal, president of City Style C.C., grew up in the '70s and has been dedicated to lowriding his whole life. His family's custom flake paint schemes are renowned throughout Texas, and he set two goals for 2012: winning a Lowrider build-off competition and carrying on his father's legacy by painting an award-winning flake Caprice.

The car has a House of Kolor Tangerine over silver base with silver flake, multi-color graphics, and skirt murals by John Saenz. The interior features old school style biscuit tuck velour with a custom dash and center console stitched by Robert Rios. It also has a Pioneer deck with a Kicker system, and painted and engraved 13x7 Galaxy wire wheels.
