Johnny Depp has faced a lot of scandals in the last few years. There was his bankruptcy in 2016, his infamous defamation trial with ex-wife Amber Heard, and his recent $10 million loan for the renovation of his castle.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star is also known for his high-profile relationships like his previous engagement to Winona Ryder, his torrid romance with Kate Moss, and his 14-year commitment to Vanessa Paradis — mother of Jack and Lily-Rose Depp.
In 2001, Howard Stern asked Depp if he had ever cheated on his partners. The latter took a long pause before answering the big question.
The host also brought up the actor-turned-painter's famous quote: "If you love two people at the same time, choose the second. Because if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen for the second."
Over a decade later, Stern called Depp a "narcissist" amid his legal dispute with Heard.
"On the narcissism scale, I think Johnny Depp is a huge narcissist," said Stern, "and what I mean by that is, he figured 'I'll put this on TV. And because I'm so persuasive and I'm so smart, and I'm such a wonderful guy.
